RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Special/Custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable.  If you are not satisfied with your custom order, please notify us by email or phone within 3 business days of receiving your order.  To the best of our ability, we will see to it that your order is remade to your liking.  All custom orders may be subject to further charges, according to the amount of work that is required to make your order the way you want it.


Regular orders may be returned within 7 days from the date you received your order with prior authorization. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original packaging and materials included.  ‘New or unused condition’ means that there are no  scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s)  on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in any way.  We will inspect your item upon receipt.  If the item has been sized or altered in any way, or is not in new condition, it will not be accepted for exchange or refunds, and we will return it to you at your expense.


All ‘Free Gifts’ received with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted on products that are not returned with the Free Gift.  If you are returning merchandise as a result of (a) error on the part of Stones of
Glory™, or; (b) defective product, we will exchange it free of charge, or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.  When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued. 


Please notify us by email of your intent to return your order before shipping the merchandise back to us.  We will issue a return authorization number for the return of your order. The client is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to Stones of Glory™.   We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee of 20%. The actual shipping fee(s) and the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This restocking fee is to compensate for the time and extra bookkeeping it takes to process your request. If you exchange your purchase for another item, the shipping/handling fee and the 20% restocking fee will not be imposed.  Stones of Glory™ is not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit.


While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with Stones of Glory™ is as positive as possible.  To avoid having to return the item, please ask questions before you make the purchase. Damage Policy: We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. In the unlikely event that your order does arrive damaged, please notify us immediately either by phone or email.
